What Is
The Registration Deadline?

If you registered online, envelopes with checks and
release forms must be received by EYH no later than
April 8, 2008.
On-site
registration is not available. Last minute walk-in
students will not be permitted to attend.
EYH
needs to have the parents written medical
permission, fees must be paid in advance or
scholarships awarded, and the workshops that
students attend throughout the day need to be
assigned in advance.

Why Do I
Need To Bring My Confirmation Letter?
|
|

There
are hundreds of students checking in at the same
time and if your name is not on our check-in list
your confirmation letter will help us find your
registration information. It confirms that EYH
received the required paperwork so you can attend
the conference.
The
confirmation letter also contains driving and
parking instructions as well as a map of the
campus.

Why
Didn't I Get Workshops That I Requested?
|
|

Being
assigned to a workshop that you did not request happens if the workshop you requested is
full when assignments are made.
- Workshop
assignments are based on availability. Some
workshops are limited to 10 students per session
and fill up quickly so we need to assign ones that
are available.
- Workshop
assignments are made one week prior to the
conference and assignments are based on
availability. If a workshop that you requested
is not available we will randomly assign one
that is.
- We
try to match the career field whenever possible.

Can My
Friends And I Have The Same Workshops So
We Can Be
Together All Day?

Workshop
assignments are made on a random basis and we
cannot make assignments based on groups. However,
friends sometimes get into the
same workshops because some workshops allow many
participants.
- If
you and your friends attend different workshops
you can compare notes and talk about what you
learned.
- You
can be with your friends during the opening
session, lunchtime, closing session, and raffle!

From San Francisco
Bay Area
Highway 101 north to Rohnert Park Expressway exit.
Turn right onto Rohnert Park Expressway and follow
to its end at Petaluma Hill Road. Right on Petaluma
Hill Road to the stoplight at East Cotati Avenue.
Right on East Cotati Avenue to Main Entrance of the
campus on your right. Information Booth is at the
end of the drive.
From Northern California (Crescent City, Eureka)
Highway 101 south to Rohnert Park Expressway. Turn
left onto Rohnert Park Expressway and follow to its
end at Petaluma Hill Road. Right on Petaluma Hill
Road to the stoplight at East Cotati Avenue. Right
on East Cotati Avenue to Main Entrance of the campus
on your right.
Parking
Parking is free on Saturday, April 12 for conference
participants. Parking Lots D and J are recommended.
