Do not submit an online and a paper registration form.
If you registered online and have not sent your Release Form or Payment by Saturday, March 13th, please bring it to the conference check-in on
Saturday, March 20th. Students without signed release forms will not be able to attend the workshops. Students must have registered online to choose this option. On-site registration is not available. Walk-in students will not be permitted to attend.

 Our online system allows you to submit a reservation, which will remain pending until the
 following has been received by EYH. Paperwork must be postmarked on or before
 March 13, 2010.

  1. The student's parent or guardian's signature on a Medical & Photo Release form.

  2. Either a check for the $15.00 registration fee or scholarship approval. 

  3. There are four web pages in the registration process. Be sure to click continue all the way to page four, which is the final page.

You will be assigned to three workshops. If the workshops requested are not available, EYH will randomly assign ones that are available. We do our best to match requests but cannot guarantee them.
